Belie's Bites is owned and operated by Nicole
Schindler with the help of her amazing husband and
their three beautiful children. They live in Cincinnati,
Ohio where her husband owns a successful hardwood
flooring company, Schindler Hardwood Inc.
Belie's Bites enables Nicole to be available to help Ed
with the hardwood business, be a homemaker, and
contribute to the success of her family. She believes
in the value and need for homemade, healthy dog
treats and is grateful to her family for their love and
support.
Each Gourmet Dog Delicacy recipe was created by
Nicole through research and experimentation. She
does all of the baking and product development. Ed
cuts the bandana fabric, makes the display racks,
and occasionally manages a craft show when the
company is double-booked. Natalie, Julia, and Zac
help with product names, packaging, and may assist
Nicole and Ed at the shows. No cookie is released to
the public, however, without the final “paw print of
approval” from the company’s CEO and Head of
Taste Testing, Belenos.
